Strong Performance and Excellent Communication

I’ve invested with Threefold Real Estate Investing in a couple of deals and have had a consistently positive experience. Their communication stands out—they host helpful quarterly update meetings that you can either attend live or watch later, which makes it easy to stay informed on your own schedule. The team is also very responsive whenever questions come up, which adds a lot of confidence as an investor. In terms of performance, both deals have met expectations, and one has actually exceeded projections and is paying off better than anticipated within just three years.
