"Strong Performance and Excellent Communication"
I’ve invested with Threefold Real Estate Investing in a couple of deals and have had a consistently positive experience. Their communication stands out—they host helpful quarterly update meetings that you can either attend live or watch later, which makes it easy to stay informed on your own schedule. The team is also very responsive whenever questions come up, which adds a lot of confidence as an investor. In terms of performance, both deals have met expectations, and one has actually exceeded projections and is paying off better than anticipated within just three years. Overall, they’ve demonstrated strong execution, transparency, and investor support, and I would feel comfortable continuing to invest with them.

"Classic "Bet on The Jockey" "
Lee and his team are outstanding. When I invest LP capital, I want to know that the sponsor would put their money in front of mine to avoid a loss for their investors. That's the kind of guy Lee is. Strong man of faith and principal. I'm in one deal with Threefold. It was a two property acquisition, syndicated as a package. It's been a few years now. Distributions have been consistent. One of the two assets was recently sold. The proceeds were used to fortify reserves at the remaining property, and the rest came back to LPs as a return of capital. Very impressive results thus far.
