Lee and Hannah are good, honest people. We first invested with Threefold in the spring of 2023. This was their first "Fund" with multiple properties. We then invested at the end of 2023 in a single syndication offering called Elida 96. Lee seems to be realistic on his projections on future yield. Threefold may not be flashy, but we see them as consistent. They communicate via email and send out a newsletter called Threefold monthly. We always like Hannah's comments at the end. They also do QBR's (Quarterly Business Reviews) via recorded webinar. We also appreciate their community events for the residents. On the full cycle fund - All capital returned + All preferred returns to LP's paid. We have just been notified of the profits to be paid. Threefold actually gave a bonus over what was expected of the GP/LP split. That was appreciated. On Elida 96 = Once distributions started, they have never been paused. The asset is stabilized and preferred return has settled in to being consistent. We are very happy with the Threefold team. We will invest again in the future.

I had a great experience investing with Threefold. Specifically, I invested in a project called Waynedale Circle Apartments. The primary reason for a very positive review is the way in which Lee and Kevin kept me and the other investors aware of how the asset was performing. I really did appreciate the quarterly debriefs, and although I was not able to attend many of them, I always received the recording to review. I also felt that Lee and Kevin were very honest, delivered the good and bad news if ever and ran the asset prudently enough to give me a solid return. I’ve invested with Threefold Real Estate Investing in a couple of deals and have had a consistently positive experience. Their communication stands out—they host helpful quarterly update meetings that you can either attend live or watch later, which makes it easy to stay informed on your own schedule. The team is also very responsive whenever questions come up, which adds a lot of confidence as an investor. In terms of performance, both deals have met expectations, and one has actually exceeded projections and is paying off better than anticipated within just three years. Overall, they’ve demonstrated strong execution, transparency, and investor support, and I would feel comfortable continuing to invest with them.
