The VonFinch team has been great to work with. I've done multiple investments with them over the years. What I appreciate most, is that they are willing to take my call and always communicate transparently regardless of the message. One of their projects had challenges, as many have purchased in 2022. However what I appreciated most is that every month they are speaking to specifically whats working or what needs to change. Steven and team has hosted live townhalls to give us the full story, without holding back. Within about 6-months they turned those issues around.
