Great service, communication, and track record

Jed and Steven at VonFinch have been great to work with. They’re sharp, good at what they do, and yet still humble and willingness to serve. I don’t receive too many calls from them but I appreciate when they reach out and provide updates on my investments and let me know about upcoming opportunities. I went with VonFinch based on a friend’s recommendation and their track record. They introduced me to Jed who has been great to work with. I am excited for the progress I’m seeing in my two investments to date and look forward to additional investment opportunities in the future.

VonFinch - Denver Workforce Housing

I am an investor in their Denver Workforce Housing Fund. This is my first investment with them, and it's still relatively early in the fund. The thing I like most about them is the frequent and very transparent communication. It appears that insufficient multifamily absorption has happened so far in the Denver area for all of their units to meet proforma numbers. There's a mix of buildings killing it, and a few that are a little behind, but I wouldn't say struggling. The next year will be very interesting to see how this plays out. Happy investor so far, but I won't invest with them again until this deal goes full cycle to see how everything goes.
