VonFinch Real Estate Partners is a Denver-based, vertically integrated real estate investment manager specializing in multifamily and private credit. Founded in 2016 on a value-investing philosophy, VonFinch has built a decade-long track record of acquiring undervalued assets and transforming them into high-performing, cash-flowing communities across Colorado and the Midwest.
In 2025, VonFinch completed its full integration with long-time operating partner The Value-Add Real Estate Corporation, uniting institutional investment management with in-house construction and asset management under one roof. This vertical integration gives us direct control over every stage of the investment lifecycle — sourcing, underwriting, renovation, operations, and disposition — and it is the core of our competitive advantage.
To date, the VonFinch team has transacted more than $550M in real estate across 250+ transactions and 4,400+ units. Today the firm manages a portfolio of $425M+ and 3,500+ units, supported by a construction team with over 50 years of combined experience and a bench of 20+ full-time specialists across investment management, construction, and fund accounting.
Our strategy is disciplined and repeatable: acquire quality multifamily assets below replacement cost in high-growth markets, drive value through targeted renovations and operational improvements — our "operational alpha" — and exit with intention. Because construction is in-house, we renovate faster and at lower cost, protecting investor capital while maximizing returns.
We invest across the capital structure through our Multifamily Growth Fund, Fixed-Income Private Debt Fund, and Cash Flow strategies, and we structure every opportunity around one principle: we get paid when our investors get paid.

I've been acquainted with Steven for almost six years, and Jed since he joined the company. I've invested in two deals with VonFinch during that time, not because I don't want to invest in more, but simply because I have limited free capital to invest. What I can tell you is that where most operators would leave you out to dry if a deal didn't perform as planned, VonFinch does the opposite: they actually guarantee your invested capital return before they'll take any profit off other deals you're invested in, when you invest in more than one deal. I haven't seen any other operators take this bold step, and it says a lot about not only their ethics, but also their confidence in their methods. Schedule a call and get to know them.
In my experience with VonFinch, Steven and Jed have consistently been responsive, professional, and transparent. They take the time to answer questions, provide clear communication, and are always willing to assist when needed.
The management team at VonFinch spent time with me to discuss their business model & investment opportunities in detail. One of their representatives met with me in person to establish a closer relationship and answer any questions. I took my time to research the firm and do my due diligence work before investing with them. Their representative kept our conversations going by regular follow up & phone calls to answer my questions. I did not feel pressured to engage and they were happy to keep in touch and earn my trust. I would highly recommend anyone interested in private real estate investment to reach out to VonFinch and their management team.
I needed some dependable monthly income and was willing to sacrifice some upside potential for stable day one income. The VonFinch Fixed-Income Private Debt Fund has provided monthly payments on time, every time, and for the agreed upon amount. What really sold me was the fact that they back the fund with their portfolio. While nothing is guaranteed, this greatly reduces the risk to the investor. Recently I invested in their Copper Portfolio in a preferred return position. A little more risk, a little less initial initial cash flow, but a higher total return potential. I received my first quarterly distribution on time for the amount expected. VonFinch has a good track record and I really like the fact that regardless of your appetite for risk vs reward, they typically have an investment that delivers to your expectations. Let them know where you want to be in the capital stack and they likely have something of interest. Communication with Steven and Jed has been exceptional, which is extremely important to me.
