I invested in late 2024 with Zach and Nate from 507 Capital and am very pleased with my experience so far! They keep me updated quarterly (if not more) and respond quickly to any questions I have. They also live close to the properties they purchase, so there are always boots on the ground if the need arises. While this deal has not gone full cycle, they are on track with the pro forma. I trust them as operators and look forward to going full cycle on this deal.
