Badiee Development

Badiee Development is a developer of industrial warehouses. I invested in two projects with them during the 2021/2022 industrial boom that went full-cycle. Both investments performed exceptionally well and exceeded the original projections upon exit. One of the projects doubled my invested capital in just 13 months. The sponsor demonstrated significant experience in this asset class, securing high-quality locations and leveraging established relationships with institutional buyers to facilitate quick exits. Throughout the hold periods, reporting and communication were consistent and transparent. While the current industrial real estate market is more challenging than it was during its peak in 2021, I would invest with Badiee again based on their track record and operational expertise.
