Basis Investment Group ("BIG") is a commercial and multifamily real estate investment manager, headquartered in New York City. As one of the few African American and female owned diversified CRE investment management platforms in the United States, Basis invests and lends across the capital stack through its CRE credit, LP Equity and Agency lending businesses. Basis provides bridge debt, structured/preferred equity, LP equity (and selectively GP equity), Agency Lending and is also an investor in CMBS/Agency B-pieces.
