Prior to founding BCP, TJ Burns was an engineer at Amazon and an LP in a dozen private placements. This dual background shaped the firm's mandate: to combine a data-driven investment approach with the direct access and alignment he found lacking as a LP.

I invested with TJ this year as my first passive RE investment and I can't speak highly enough about the experience so far. I've received on time distributions and TJ has called and text me directly on multiple occasions post-investment to check in and update me on things. The platform he uses for investment is also a great experience and makes things easy from due diligence, investment all the way to distribution.

"Very responsive, receiving distributions as planned."
TJ has done an incredible job at communicating both before I invested and after, very responsive with any questions. He called me personally on the day of my first distribution to make sure I received it and asked if I had any further questions. I have been receiving my monthly distributions as planned. The monthly updates he sends out are extremely detailed. I plan on investing with TJ again.
