"Burns Capital - Best-in-Class REI Opportunities"
I'm a real estate investor with my own small portfolio of properties in NJ and a W2 role at Amazon. I was looking into passive real estate investments/syndications for a while before I found TJ & Burns Capital. TJ (a fellow Amazon employee at the time) was exactly who I was looking for - a trusted, competent guy with integrity and the right network who could provide the right connections to passive real estate investment opportunities and GPs/REI pros. Real estate syndications provide a lot of benefits - namely passive income and geographic diversification for me - but they also come with risks and uncertainty, and it's a major benefit to work with a partner such as Burns Capital who does the due diligence legwork on deals. I've invested in 2 opportunities to date and Burns Capital has been easy to work with, transparent, communicative, and detail-oriented. Most importantly they have sourced and co-managed deals that will deliver strong investment results via both Equity and Debt opportunities. TJ knows the industry, has the network, and is genuinely a good guy with authenticity. I'm looking forward to a long partnership with TJ & Burns Capital and highly recommend them for other investors.

I have invested with Burns capital partners on multiple deals. And what I really like about them is their proactive communication. They keep you updated on the deals, and take the time to respond to any questions you have. I also trust the investment acumen of the partners.
