Burns Capital Partners is a private real estate investment firm founded by TJ Burns. We own & operate value-add B/C multifamily in the Northeast, and lend privately to other real estate investors.

To date, the firm has acquired and managed $45M in real estate assets and separately originated $9M in private real estate loans.

About the Founder

Prior to founding BCP, TJ Burns was an engineer at Amazon and an LP in a dozen private placements. This dual background shaped the firm's mandate: to combine a data-driven investment approach with the direct access and alignment he found lacking as a LP.
