Recently, we have opened Kefi Spaces, a co-warehouse with co-working, and a private office facility in the Houston area, directly in the Design District of the Heights. Kefi Spaces is located in a premier location, and we have one of the only climate-controlled facilities in the area.

We are planning multiple additional locations throughout Houston and Texas to later expand to NFL cities. Additionally, we are planning a major upgrade with two buildings on our existing 9-acre property in Sugar Land, and will very likely bring investors into this entire project, allowing them to invest in the entire business park, which has excellent returns today and better after the additional buildings are built and leased up.
