Gray Line Investments

Challenging GP to work with. In my opinion, the team appeared overwhelmed once market conditions shifted. I believe a more seasoned sponsor would have been better equipped to stabilize and turn around the property. This GP seemed in over their heads. This investment never generated a single distribution to investors. One of the more frustrating aspect was having to even point out a fundamental issue, such as failing to include debt service on an income statement. That level of oversight is simply unacceptable. Additionally, only one of the partners communicated with investors regarding the high possibility of capital loss. The absence of the other partner during such a critical call highlights a lack of accountability and leadership. Overall, my experience with Gray Line investments felt highly unprofessional.
