"Cash Flow!"
I currently have 3 deals with Courtney Moeller; Courtney is highly respected in the alternative asset investment community. She puts her investors first is an understatement, in the alternative space it’s difficult to find trustworthy GP / Sponsors, especially in the Oil / Gas sector. Her experience, integrity and values are what I look for in a GP, that’s why she’s able to acquire great deals with big name Operators. She provided a due diligence checklist so even if you don’t invest with her, you could avoid a bad deal and potentially lose money as she has been on the LP side as well, that speak volumes of her character. I have several oil and gas deals along with multifamily, the cash flow from my first deal with Courtney surpassed all my other oil and multifamily deals combined! • 1st deal started distributions within 5 months of closing! • 2nd deal started paying distributions within 5 months closing! Currently paying on 2 wells out of 8. The 2 wells are currently outperforming all my other deals. • 3rd deal closing in Nov 2025, projected distributions 1st quarter 2026! She provides a reasonable timeline of when our capital will be returned, investing in Cash Flowing assets is currently my investment priority. I know Courtney's deal structure will provide the results we are looking for, I will absolutely continue to invest with her.
