At Jordan Multifamily we focus on acquiring large multifamily assets with value-add potential to create passive income and build wealth for our investors. This comes in the form of cash flow, forced appreciation, and unique tax savings. We are currently pursuing assets in the D/FW markets. As of April 2023, we have over $225M in multifamily assets under management and are looking to expand.
