Morrison Investment Properties is a real-estate development and investment firm based in San Diego, California. The company was founded in 2013 with a mission to acquire and develop urban infill real estate — focusing on transit-oriented and mixed-use properties in close-in suburban or city-core neighborhoods.

Their strategy involves identifying under-utilized or under-performing sites, acquiring them, and redeveloping or repositioning them to provide added housing supply while improving “livability” in urban cores — a response to housing-supply constraints in San Diego.
