My Bet on Debt
I invested in their Debt Fund which was lending to financially distressed multifamily assets. To date, the fund has been consistent with distributions. There aren't many updates per se on what the fund has lent on or anything of that nature. Most emails regarding the deal are just notices of distributions being sent. It would be nice to see what activity is actually going on in the fund. The team is very knowledgeable in the multifamily space and one of the founders has a background in commercial banking/lending. I have had a positive experience with them to date and have actually referred them other investors. Hopefully they keep delivering on the expectations set.
