Rodeo Capital

In a world of private real estate dominated by IRR's and short-term outcomes, our model was created to replicate the behaviors showcased by some of the world's wealthiest families... buy winners and never sell.

Instead of repositioning assets for 3-5 year flips (and incurring the corresponding tax hit,) we recapitalize our value add projects to return 100% of original working equity without diluting their ownership in the assets themselves. After this return of equity hurdle is cleared, we begin the process of fully amortizing any underlying debt on the property to increase the durability and predictability of increasing monthly distributions over time.
