Shalehaven Partners

I recently entered into an investment with Shalehaven, and from the outset, its structure has differed from any oil deal I have participated in previously. Shalehaven does not receive a share of the profits until I have recovered 100% of my invested capital; only then does the waterfall profit-sharing arrangement begin. It is an interesting approach, and I look forward to seeing how the investment performs. Although it is still too early to provide a comprehensive review, my experience to date has been positive. The team has been highly responsive, communication has been excellent, and I have heard consistently favorable feedback from other investors.

I invested as an LP in the 2025 Shalehaven fund, and I have been very impressed with their communication and due diligence. The majority of projects have surpassed their conservative underwriting, and distributions and tax forms have been delivered on time. As Shalehaven grows and can deploy investor capital quicker, I expect the fund to become more powerful with its operator selection and continue accelerating investor return. Overall, only positive things to share about Shalehaven.
