"Great Communication, Great Results"
Great experience from start to finish. I've gone full cycle on one deal with the firm, investing into two deals thus far. Reports are delivered every month, and its fairly easy to see what the progress is. Steven, Jed and the team are super easy to work with. The one project that has exited, created returns well above their projections. And the remaining deals, they've always communicated whats going well, where the challenges are and how they are solving them. Highly recommend.

"VonFinch - Denver Workforce Housing"
I am an investor in their Denver Workforce Housing Fund. This is my first investment with them, and it's still relatively early in the fund. The thing I like most about them is the frequent and very transparent communication. It appears that insufficient multifamily absorption has happened so far in the Denver area for all of their units to meet proforma numbers. There's a mix of buildings killing it, and a few that are a little behind, but I wouldn't say struggling. The next year will be very interesting to see how this plays out. Happy investor so far, but I won't invest with them again until this deal goes full cycle to see how everything goes.

The VonFinch team has been great to work with. I've done multiple investments with them over the years. What I appreciate most, is that they are willing to take my call and always communicate transparently regardless of the message. One of their projects had challenges, as many have purchased in 2022. However what I appreciated most is that every month they are speaking to specifically whats working or what needs to change. Steven and team has hosted live townhalls to give us the full story, without holding back. Within about 6-months they turned those issues around. I will continue to invest with them for the long term, because I trust them. Their track record speaks to this.
