Freedom CRE Fund

I was introduced to Freedom Commercial Real Estate and its President, Zane, after listening to a podcast featuring him. Intrigued by his investment philosophy, I conducted additional research and scheduled an introductory call to learn more about the company and its approach. After investing in several commercial real estate syndications that reduced or completely suspended their projected distributions, I was looking for a trustworthy general partner (GP) and an investment that could provide consistent, predictable cash flow. Freedom's Fund I appealed to me because it targeted monthly cash flow of 6 -8%, projected annual returns of 18-20%, tax benefits through depreciation, a 3-4 year holding period, and a straightforward, easy-to-understand exit strategy. The fund's investment strategy is to acquire properties with long-term leases backed by publicly traded, investment-grade tenants. These properties are typically structured with NN or NNN leases, resulting in very low operating expenses for the fund. I invested in August 2025, and my first cash distribution was received in early December at the projected rate-just as promised. Since then, distributions have continued as expected. Zane's communication has also been excellent. He provides regular quarterly updates and promptly communicates when the fund acquires or sells properties.
