Consistent Distributions!
PPR is a best in class operator for the mortgage note market and has an incredible 17 year + track record with on time distributions. I don't know of another sponsor that has demonstrated this level of consistency and thru major macroeconomic headwinds like the 2007-2008 GFC, Covid, and most recently the Trump tariff impacts. Highly recommend PPR!
Best in class oil and gas sponsor
Troy Eckard, the principal, of Eckard is extremely passionate about the oil and gas industry and works tirelessly to educate his partners on the space. I previously invested in a couple of other oil and gas deals that have performed poorly and learned so much from Troy about the right questions to ask and due diligence to perform which would have helped me avoid the prior investments. He truly cares for his partners/investors like family and wants us all to succeed as a collective. This type of honesty and transparency is a rare find today. Looking forward to partnering with Eckard on future mineral rights and working interest projects!

Bequest funds is a very transparent and communicative group. I've been invested in both their Legacy and Income Funds and they have continued to pay distributions like clockwork. Their principal, Martin Saenz, is very accessible and delivers to his investors!
