AcreTrader was created with a simple mission: provide investors direct access to the highly attractive asset class of farmland investments.
Farmland investments provide an opportunity for high-return potential and low volatility compared to other asset classes. Directly investing in farmland was historically difficult and unattainable for most investors. Until now.
Through a proprietary online investment platform, AcreTrader offers transparency to people wanting to invest in farmland. Additionally, AcreTrader removes the headaches traditionally associated with land ownership by handling all aspects of administration and property management, from insurance and accounting to working with local farmers and improving soil sustainability.

Good experience so far
Been investing with them since 2024. No exits yet but they are very communicative and you can have easy access to their team. Received first dividends at the end of 2025. But all the value lays mostly at h to r sale
