Jackson, Aaron, and Eric have been investing in real estate together since 2011, while Jackson and Aaron had been investing in real estate for several years prior to 2011. Beginning in 2020, Jackson, Aaron, and Eric brought their real estate expertise to the Alpine Real Estate Investment Funds, where they enjoy putting their investors hard-earned money to work investing in real estate. Alpine Real Estate, LLC, as the Managing Member of the Alpine Real Estate Investment Funds, has since raised more than $11 million in investor funds, most recently raising nearly $6,000,000 for a 108-unit townhouse project in Harrisburg. Once that project is complete, Alpine Real Estate will have nearly $40 million in assets under management, including 250 multi-family units and six office condos.
