AREI Group is a multi-purpose and government-approved 501(c)(3) not-for-profit developer dedicated to enhancing, managing, and creating diverse communities through affordable housing, renewable energy, and innovation.

AREI Group understands the need for safe and affordable homes . However, affordable homes remain a challenge in America and around the globe. We are committed to meeting this worthy challenge in diverse and unique ways. We plan to develop and construct apartment units and homes in less than a year of starting any initial project.

AREI Group expects to provide affordable homes to low-income, moderate, and high-income individuals. Our planned communities will include (Hospitals/Urgent Cares w 24/7 Pharmacy pick-up) along with Solar Power Plants offering free electricity to tenants and additional resources to the local power authority on all of the properties we develop. In addition, all of our developments will offer low-cost eco-friendly transportation to local transit stations and into downtown metropolitan areas.
