Joe Berko and the team are incredibly knowledgable and are A+ in communication. Laura always gets right back to you when you have questions. They do glassdoor sessions to update investors on everything asset they are managing. They hold informational webinars and they even do a check in with all of their investors on their investment portfolios. The more I get to know other sponsors the more I come back to Astor. The next deal will be my 6th or 7th with the Astor team.
