Blackburne & Sons Realty Capital Corporation is a $50 million hard money commercial lending company, founded in 1980. We syndicate the investment funds of about 900 accredited, private investors and use these funds to make permanent first mortgage loans on standing commercial properties. The company currently services approximately 250 commercial first mortgage loans totaling approximately $50 million.  The company has a dozen employees in our office in Sacramento, California.  We have been in business since 1980 (over 39 years), and we have occupied the same office for over twenty-five years.
