Convolo Capital is a real estate investment firm that is focused on providing investors with opportunities to invest in Multi-Family value add providing cash flow, tax benefits, and upside appreciation potential.

 Our strategy is to find Class B or C Multi-Family assets within 1980-2010 year of initial construction that may have been under market rents, mismanaged, or have other income opportunities to increase the Net Operating Income (NOI).

 The Convolo team is focused on finding these assets in stabilized and growing sub-markets within the Southeast.  The submarket should have a strong, growing job market with diverse employers. The average household income should be stable and supportive of the apartment rents. We also use data to understand the local occupancy levels and rent growth, looking for sustained supporting data.

 All investments will be different, in general, the plan is to acquire, increase value, and exit with a capital event (refinance or sale) in five years or less.
