His background also includes senior roles at Legacy Partners and Lincoln Property Company, where he oversaw financing, investment management, and development of major projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Earlier in his career, Strobele worked in Southern California’s banking and distressed asset sectors, managing and repositioning hundreds of properties following the 1993 wildfires and 1994 Northridge earthquake. His hands-on experience in property valuation, market assessment, and financial restructuring continues to inform Crystal Peaks’ disciplined investment approach.
