Earlier in his career, Strobele worked in Southern California’s banking and distressed asset sectors, managing and repositioning hundreds of properties following the 1993 wildfires and 1994 Northridge earthquake. His hands-on experience in property valuation, market assessment, and financial restructuring continues to inform Crystal Peaks’ disciplined investment approach.
