Crystal Peaks Storage Group Overview
Crystal Peaks LLC is a privately held real estate investment firm founded by Joseph D. Strobele, specializing in institutional and private capital investments across multiple real estate sectors. The company focuses on single-asset acquisitions, asset repositioning, development and redevelopment, and strategic joint ventures, all with a clear objective—to generate superior, risk-adjusted returns for its investors and partners.
With over two decades of experience in real estate, Joseph Strobele has built a reputation for creating value through disciplined acquisition strategies, strong financial execution, and expert asset management. His approach combines deep market knowledge, operational efficiency, and a network of established industry relationships to source and execute high-quality opportunities. Strobele’s leadership philosophy emphasizes precision, partnership, and performance, ensuring that every investment aligns with both market potential and investor expectations.
Before founding Crystal Peaks, Strobele co-founded The LEXAS Companies in 2004, a firm recognized for developing iconic projects such as ESCALA, a world-famous luxury high-rise condominium in downtown Seattle, featured in Fifty Shades of Grey. His background also includes senior roles at Legacy Partners and Lincoln Property Company, where he oversaw financing, investment management, and development of major projects in the Pacific Northwest.
Earlier in his career, Strobele worked in Southern California’s banking and distressed asset sectors, managing and repositioning hundreds of properties following the 1993 wildfires and 1994 Northridge earthquake. His hands-on experience in property valuation, market assessment, and financial restructuring continues to inform Crystal Peaks’ disciplined investment approach.
In addition to his business achievements, Strobele’s philanthropic work reflects his commitment to community development and youth empowerment. He has served on the boards of Crossfire
