Crystal View Capital Performs!
CVC's business model of purchasing off market from mom & pop owners results in fantastic returns and asset value growth. Matt and his team are also invested in the fund, eating their own cooking. I've enjoyed receiving quarterly cash flow from being invested with them in Funds II, III, and IV. Not one to recommend investments, but I HIGHLY encourage you to check them out for long term returns in an asset class that continues to perform in all economic conditions!
Does everything they say they will
I have been invested with CVC for 7 years now - first through a fund of funds, and now directly. I have been extremely impressed with how the team is able to find opportunities even in a challenging market. More importantly, however, the team has fantastic communication systems in place. I get regular updates on what is happening with their portfolio and the potential impact on my investments. It has been wonderful to have an investment I can count on and that provides consistent returns.
