Diamond Point Homes (DPH) is a multifamily real estate investment firm founded by Kathy Jang, a seasoned entrepreneur and investor based in Phoenix, Arizona. What began as a single townhome rental in 2007 evolved into a thriving portfolio of more than 2,000 units and over $150 million in assets under management.
