Avoid this sponsor. I had multiple investments with them that all resulted in 100% loss of both initial capital and subsequent capital calls of 25%-40%. Sponsor took no responsibility, offered no apologies and essentially blamed the losses on difficult market conditions. I believe these projects failed due to a combination of construction delays, slow lease up velocity and failure to mitigate the rise in interest rates costs.
