Exponential Property Group Overview
Exponential Property Group began in 2011 upon the acquisition of Spanish Chase Apartments. After 15 months of ownership, our Founder, Kimberly Radaker Bays, sold the property for a 95% IRR. Since then, Exponential has continued to provide passive investment opportunities for its investors.
Starting with a modest two employees to employing over 170 people today, Exponential has acquired and managed over 9,800 units since 2011. During that time, Exponential has vertically expanded its operations in the multifamily industry creating sister companies Exponential Property Management, Exist Multifamily, and Exist Graphics. With the formation of these companies, Exponential has established direct control over its key business functions, preserving quality and increasing efficiencies to maximize value creation.
