While we are always attentive to product cycles and local market demands, we are largely open to any product type.

Our investments can typically be characterized in two groups - stabilized, cash flow properties with strong return and value growth potential, or value-added developments, redevelopments and acquisitions with shorter investment duration and returns commensurate with the risks inherent in the projects.
