Gamma Income

I was looking for a self storage investment and found opportunity through Gamma Income. I was impressed with the management team from the deck on day one, through the monthly newsletters. Communication has been consistent with updates that keep me fully informed and confident in the progress of the investment. They have remained focused, disciplined and transparent throughout the investment, and the results show up in Quarterly cash distributions. To me this demonstrates operational performance and a commitment to delivering value. I would recommend Patrick and Jovie to anyone looking for a management team that puts me and my investment first.

I invested with Gamma Income between 2024 and 2026, across Fund 1 and Fund 2. Four deals total, three value-add and one ground-up development that's actually ahead of schedule. First-year tax losses came in around 60-70%, which made a big difference at tax time. Fund 1 is the warehouse-to-self-storage conversion in Mount Holly, NC. It's doing about $60K/month right now, with the plan to grow that to $100K/month. Communication from the team has been timely and professional, with updates appropriate to the timeline of each asset. When I've needed private conversations, they've been easy to schedule. Jovie in particular has been quick to respond every time I've had questions, and transparency has been consistent throughout. Would invest again.
