While any syndicator can claim profitability in an upcycle market the recent downturn really exposed these ladies as totally inept. I invested in an apartment deal with them called Braxton at Tamarron that was cosponsored with another poorly reviewed syndicator PassiveInvesting.com. I was too naive at the time and entrusted my earnings to them, not just during the initial investment but the followup 28% capital call, all which has been lost. From overpromising returns to a high LTV variable rate debt structure, poor communication and late K1s they don't know what they are doing. Ladies please stop gambling with other people's money and just leave this investment space to those that actually know how to manage it!
