We invest in value-added and core-plus Life Science (R&D & cGMP), Industrial/Flex and Office assets located in the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States.
Griffith Properties, LLC has operated as a woman-owned business enterprise since 2010. The Firm maintains a strong reputation as a leading owner and operator in its target markets. GP’s current portfolio consists of ~2.9 MSF of life science, industrial/flex and office properties with a combined equity investment of $270 million and a projected exit value of approximately $1.2 billion. To date, the current team has invested in 22 transactions comprised of 5.5 MSF totaling $1.19 billion of total capitalization via two Funds and three discrete joint ventures.
