I am a 47 year commercial RE professional who has owned, managed, leased, financed all property types and put together many partnerships. The Ivy team is sized to be nimble and hands on, with investor aligned compensation. They communicate well, perform better and deliver timely reports, K-1's and distributions. What I like about Jeff and the team at Ivy is that the performance of the underlying asset is something they take seriously. Too many asset managers are only concerned with the fees on the AUM and not the underlying property itself. Jeff seems to have a good plan in place and is seeking properties with similar profiles and executing with a similar game plan. Grow where you are planted is working well for them. Communication and performance against budgets has been very good.
