Javelina GP Website
Javelina GP Overview
Javelina GP is the EB-5 project sponsor behind Casa Doa, a transformational luxury wellness resort development located on a historic 50-acre property in Amado, Arizona. Originally founded in 1938 as the Rex Ranch Resort, the site fell into foreclosure in 2013 and is now undergoing a complete reimagining into a 50-room full-service experiential retreat. Upon completion in late 2025, Casa Doa will feature outdoor pools, a spa, extensive gardens, a distillery, agricultural facilities, event space, and restored adobe structures more than 170 years old.
The Casa Doa project represents a high-quality EB-5 Rural TEA investment, qualifying for priority processing and access to the 20% visa set-aside reserved for rural projects. Backed by a first deed of trust on the resort property, the capital structure is designed to emphasize investor security—featuring a 5-year loan term with a 1-year extension option, a low 54.6% loan-to-value ratio, and a clearly defined exit strategy via sale or refinance. The project is expected to create 16 jobs per investor, significantly exceeding minimum EB-5 job creation requirements.
Casa Doa is being developed by Auric Road, a seasoned hospitality development firm with 25+ years of experience, over $2 billion in real estate development, and a portfolio of five successful luxury experiential resorts. Auric Road’s past projects, including high-performing boutique assets in Big Sky, Palm Springs, Laguna Beach, and Santa Barbara, have delivered strong investor outcomes such as 400% equity returns, 20%+ cash yields, and 2x cash-out refinances. With its strong development pedigree, strategic rural TEA classification, and secured investment structure, Casa Doa is positioned as one of the most compelling EB-5 offerings available in the wellness-hospitality sector.
