I was introduced to this company by a friend at my gym. Full disclosure, I am not your typical investor. I have a portfolio that is managed by my long-standing Financial Planner of 20 years. It was a big leap of faith to invest with Jetsetter as it was way outside my comfort zone of buying stocks and making trades. I was not easy to convince. I had several calls with Dustin at Jetsetter about the investment opportunity they had at the time, reviewed the portfolio, and spent time fully understanding the property and its potential. After some time, I decided to jump in and invest. The returns starting coming in - right on schedule - and monthly distribution payments were made (and continue to be made) exactly as promised. It is also great to see the way they are managing the property and realizing its full potential. They really know how to run their RV Parks and it shows. In fact, overall, this fund outperforms my traditional market portfolio. I absolutely plan on investing more with Jetsetter.

I started investing in Jetsetter Capital 5 years ago and am invested in 6 projects. They are performing great in terms of the returns and without having to do anything after investing. Some are given outlier returns, for instance when there was a refinance and all investors received extra payouts. The value of the properties increased significantly. I plan to keep investing in Jetsetter Funds whenever I can, making it the biggest asset in my investment portfolio.
