KRI Partners, part of the KRI Group of companies, is a real estate syndication and private equity firm that specializes in the acquisition and management of multi-family apartment assets located in the Southern United States. Our senior management team, led by Mr. Kenneth A. Gee, has a combined 50+ years of experience in real estate, private equity, and lending arenas where they have been involved in transactions valued at more than $2 billion. In addition, they have a combined 50+ years of hands-on property ownership and/or management experience. That experience includes managing more than 15,000 apartment units in the states of Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
