Founded by Jamie Bateman, an experienced real estate investor active since 2010, Labrador Lending has grown a diverse portfolio, acquiring over 75 mortgage notes with UPBs exceeding $3M across 20 states. Jamie’s extensive background in real estate and note investing, includes hands-on experience managing construction projects, rental portfolios, and overseeing real estate transactions, positions him as a leader in the note investing space. His prior roles as a real estate settlement officer, notary, and mortgage funding manager, combined with his service as a U.S. Army Captain, underscore his commitment to integrity, consistency, and transparency.
