Legacy Acquisitions

We are about a year into an investment with Legacy and have been very pleased with our experience. This was a new type of investment for us, and the team spent ample time learning our goals, answering all of our questions, and making sure it was a good fit. We were very impressed with Legacy's track record, but even more so with their mission and values, which gave us the confidence to move forward. Throughout the process, communication has been excellent and their team has been extremely responsive and proactive in keeping us informed. Based on our experience so far, we would certainly be open to considering additional opportunities with Legacy in the future.

I have known one of the principals at Legacy Acquisitions for many years and have always found him to be trustworthy, diligent, and professional. That gave me confidence in deciding to invest with the company. I also appreciate Legacy Acquisitions' focus on creating affordable housing, which meets an important need in many communities. I have invested through a self-directed IRA, and while my initial investments are still in progress, the early indications have been very encouraging. Based on my experience so far, I plan to continue investing with them in future projects with funds that will be rolled over from my 401(k). Overall, I have been impressed with both the team and the opportunities they provide.

I invested with this sponsor on a private lending deal and have been very pleased with the clarity and professionalism throughout the process. Communication has been consistent and timely.
