Founded in 1980 by Michael Lynd Sr., LYND is a long-standing real estate investment, development, and property management firm headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. The firm expanded into institutional partnerships, acquiring significant portfolios including $1 billion in unpaid principal notes in 2010 and later leading the investment group that purchased Chicago’s iconic John Hancock Center in 2014.
