The Co-Investing Club has invested twice now with Meridian REI, and have had a great experience to date. They continue to pay out a 16% yield each quarter, and Chuck has always proved both knowledgeable and straightforward. We plan to invest with them again this year, so our members can keep investing $2,500+ at a time rather than the typical $50K+.

Meridian REI and Chuck Dreison seem to have the land flipping space down to a science. To date, they have consistently hit their annual return targets to pay out investors the bonus on top of the base return. Updates come in quarterly which usually include a video along with verbiage on what all transactions and activities occurred over the past quarter. I like the niche diversification investing in raw land; no tenants, roof repairs, or squatters. Chuck is very knowledgeable in this space and I can appreciate that he sticks to markets that he has the competitive informational advantage over as opposed to buying/selling anywhere. This is a land fund so many transactions in & out as opposed to one exit.
