The Co-Investing Club has invested twice now with Meridian REI, and have had a great experience to date. They continue to pay out a 16% yield each quarter, and Chuck has always proved both knowledgeable and straightforward. "Positive Experience Thus Far in the Land Flipping Fund"
Meridian REI and Chuck Dreison seem to have the land flipping space down to a science. To date, they have consistently hit their annual return targets to pay out investors the bonus on top of the base return. Updates come in quarterly which usually include a video along with verbiage on what all transactions and activities occurred over the past quarter. I like the niche diversification investing in raw land; no tenants, roof repairs, or squatters. Chuck is very knowledgeable in this space and I can appreciate that he sticks to markets that he has the competitive informational advantage over as opposed to buying/selling anywhere. This is a land fund so many transactions in & out as opposed to one exit.
