MJ REIT Overview

MJ REIT was launched to finance real estate within the cannabis industry, with a dual goal of stability and above-market monthly distributions. The Fund targets a 10% annualized return, derived mostly from monthly income, and has an annualized return of 11.27%, net of fees, since inception. With exposure to 28 properties across eight states, MJ REIT is a diversified investment strategy and offers monthly purchases and redemptions. The minimum investment is only $25,000 with 1099 tax reporting. Distributions also qualify for a 20% tax deduction from federal taxes. Importantly, every deal is meticulously stress-tested to minimize downside risk and originated using an alternative-use valuation. The Fund is not plant-touching.
