I was searching for a conservative passive income investment and very happy with my decision to allocate to MJ REIT. It's been a pleasure working with Chris and the team. I have exposure to other real estate sectors, but they have discovered a niche asset class with a lot of potential, which helps me diversify my overall portfolio. I look forward to many more years of consistent above-market income!

I invested in MJ REIT a little more than two years ago and have been very happy with my allocation. Always on time with their distribution, and the NAV has been steady since launch. They are a great group of people with a consistent strategy and solid communication.

I usually roll my eyes when someone comes to me promising far above market income - but with my background in the regulated cannabis industry, the math with MJ REIT made sense and I decided to invest with Chris and the team. I have to say they delivered as promised, and then some. Much better than I expected. I have also been impressed with their communication and personal touch. Highly recommend.
