NSD Partners — formally marketed under Northshore Development — is an Orlando-based real estate investment and development firm that focuses on acquiring, developing, and repositioning multifamily and mixed-use residential assets in growth markets, primarily in Florida. Founded in 2018, the firm benefits from a leadership team with decades of experience in global real-estate investment, construction management, and asset operations — a team that together has been involved in over $8 billion in real-estate assets and more than 25,000 residential units developed.

NSD’s business model emphasizes value-add and opportunistic investments: they seek out under-performing or dated properties and apply capital, redevelopment, repositioning, and active management to unlock hidden value.
