Pretium Partners is a U.S.-based alternative investment manager, with a broad platform spanning residential real-estate, residential credit, corporate & structured credit, and related credit / debt strategies.

Since its founding in 2012 by former finance executives, Pretium has grown significantly: as of mid-2025, the firm reports over US $60.4 billion total assets under management (AUM) — with roughly US $31.9 billion in real-estate AUM.

On the real-estate side, Pretium operates a diversified portfolio: the firm invests in single-family rentals (SFR), build-to-rent (BTR) housing, multifamily rentals, and other residential real estate debt or equity instruments. Through its operating companies (e.g. Progress Residential for single-family rentals, and BH Management Services for multifamily rentals), Pretium manages day-to-day operations, asset management and leasing — leveraging technology, analytics, and vertical integration to scale across dozens of U.S. markets.
